Developed in partnership with local cider makers Wheel Line Cider or Tieton Cider (depending on the batch) this brandy is aged for 1 year in new American oak char 3 15 gallon barrels for ultra limited release.
THE FEISTY
CHARDONNAY VS BRANDY
Made from Chardonnay wine grown in Kennewick, this wine was distilled twice in pot stills. First stripped in Elk Heights copper still with tube and column condenser and finished in Elk Heights hand made stainless steel pot still featuring a worm tub condenser. Aged at least 2 years.

14 YEAR OLD BRANDY
The oldest brandy legally made in Washington State, this brandy was originally distilled by master distillery Berle "Rusty" Figgins who had formed the first craft distillery to distill brandy in Washington State after the laws were changed to allow craft distilleries. Now working with Elk Heights Distillery to bring you this very refined product, finished in sherry casks.
