Made with 80% corn, 20% malted barley, done the old fashioned way.  Using the natural enzymes in the malted barley (no amylase added) it was first stripped in an all copper pot still with a tube and column condenser before being finished in a hand built primarily stainless steel pot spirit still with a worm tub condenser.  No artificial color added, all color comes from the new American oak char 3 barrels sourced from Minnesota oak trees or Mississippi oak trees.  Early batches released are from 15 gallon barrels although both 15 gallon and 53 gallon barrels are used. Bottled cask strength, this is one of our most collectible spirits as each batch is very limited.  Dried fruit, cherries, with hints of vanilla.
